Group supervision
You listen all week.
Eight evenings a year when the listening runs the other way. Six practitioners, two hours, nothing written down.
How it worksAboutTwo hours that are yours
Most supervision runs to a contract. Hours are logged, competencies are mapped, and at the end of it there is a form confirming the hours happened.
This doesn't. Six practitioners meet eight times a year for two hours. It is facilitated rather than taught, nobody is assessed, and none of it counts towards anything you have to renew.
What it is for is the part of the work that never fits in a case note — the client you can't stop thinking about on the drive home, the session that went wrong in a way you still can't name, and the question most people only ask once a year about whether they want to keep doing this at all.
How it worksThe shape of it
Six people
Small enough that everyone speaks, and that you know who you are speaking to. The group stays closed for the year.
Eight evenings
Two hours, once every six weeks or so, with a longer gap over the summer. Dates are set a year ahead.
Nothing on file
No forms, no competency framework, no report to a body. Supervision that generates paperwork stops being the place you can say the difficult thing.

If you would like to hear when it next does, write and say so. It is a short list and there is no newsletter attached to it.
